Requirements for the items which are  liable to customs declaration:

- CN 22 and CN 23 should be completed in English and visibly attached to the postal item;
- A full and accurate description of the contents of the postal item is provided, including: category of goods (identifying whether the item is merchandise, a sample or a gift, etc.); number of articles/quantity within the postal item; net weight and value of each article; and currency for each article;
- In the case of the CN 23 customs declaration, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are provided for the sender and addressee, where available;
- Any necessary or supporting documents (invoices, export or import licence, certificate of origin etc.) are attached or enclosed;
